Customer Delivery & Order Terms Acknowledgement

I can confirm that I have entered the correct name, delivery address, and contact telephone number for my order.

I understand that orders placed before 10:00am will be dispatched the same day for next-day delivery (subject to availability). I agree to inform Shuker's Butchers if I am not available to receive my order and will advise them when I will be available.

I acknowledge that Shuker's Butchers will not be held responsible for any non-delivery made to the address provided. Where I have requested that my order be left in a specific location or have provided special delivery instructions, I accept that this is entirely at my own risk. Shuker's Butchers will not be responsible for any parcel that goes missing from the location specified by me.

I understand that Shuker's Butchers will provide full tracking information by email upon dispatch of my order. It is my responsibility to ensure that I am available to receive the goods.

In the event of any issue with my order, I agree to contact Shuker's Butchers directly before leaving any online feedback or review, allowing sufficient time for the matter to be investigated, resolved, and, where necessary, reported to the relevant governing bodies, including the local Environmental Health Officer (EHO) or the Food Standards Agency (FSA).

I understand that any dissatisfaction with my order must be reported to Shuker's Butchers within 24 hours of receipt to allow the matter to be investigated and rectified.

Order Amendments & Cancellations

If I wish to amend or cancel my order, I understand that I must contact Shuker's Butchers by telephone or email within 6 hours of the order being submitted and confirmed. Due to the nature of the business, all products are freshly prepared and cut to order, and therefore cannot be restocked or resold once prepared.

I also understand that any amendment or cancellation request must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled dispatch date. Once an order has been packed and dispatched, it cannot be amended or cancelled.
