I can confirm that I have entered the correct name, delivery address and contact phone number, that orders given before 10am will be dispatched the same day for next day delivery. I will inform Shukers if I am not available and advise them when I will be ,Shukers Butchers will NOT be held responsible for any non-delivery made to the address provided. If i have left special instructions then it’s my responsibility and NOT Shukers Butchers, if the parcel goes missing from the place I requested. Shukers Butchers will email me with full tracking information on dispatch it is MY responsibility to make sure I am available to receive goods. I must contact Shukers Butchers prior to leaving any online feedback where an issue has occured to give Shukers Butchers enough time to investigate, rectify and report to any governing bodies such as the local EHO or FSA. Shukers Butchers allows for up to 48 hours if the customer is dissatisfied with the order for this to be reported and rectified. Please note if you wish to amend your order or cancel your order you must contact us via email or telephone within 6 hours of this order being submitted and confirmed. This is due to the nature of the business as we cut all order fresh to order and we can't put meat back together or re stock it. To edit or cancel you must also contact at least 24 hours prioir to the day of despatching your order. Everything we do is cut to order and we can't cancel the order once the order has been packed and dispatched.
